Durch die geplante parallele Massnahmendurchfuhrung sollen einerseits die zeitlichen und organisatorischen Auswirkungen auf den Schul- und Hortbetrieb begrenzt sowie andererseits erhebliche Synergieeffekte genutzt und Kostenvorteile erzielt werden. Die Bruttogrundflache des zu sanierenden Baubestandes betragt ca. 4 500 m2. Die geschatzten Gesamtbaukosten belaufen sich fur die KG 200 bis 700 auf ca. 1 500 000 EUR brutto.Awards
