Das Familienzentrum erhalt einen Versammlungsraum fur Familienbegegnungen und Veranstaltungen. Die Erschliessung erfolgt von der Wallaustrasse und einer geplanten Privatstrasse aus, die schwellenlosen Wohnungen werden uber 5 Eingange mit Treppenhausern und Aufzugsanlagen erreicht, Kindertagesstatte und Familienzentrum erhalten einen separaten Zugang. Mit diesem Leistungsverzeichnis wird um ein Angebot fur das Gewerk Heizungsarbeiten gebeten.Awards
