Das Gebaude mit einer nachhaltigen Architektur und zukunftsweisenden Forschungsschwerpunkten schafft neue Qualitaten in den interdisziplinaren Feldern VR Film Production, Interactive Media, Film- und Musikinformation sowie Digital Humanities. Auf rund 1.044 qm werden dazu Labore sowie Raume fur kollaboratives Arbeiten, Startups und den Dialog im digitalen Medienalltag entstehen. Das Projekt KID - KreativInstitut OWL am Kreativ Campus in Detmold wird mit Mitteln der Fordermassnahme REGIONALE 2022, EFRE.NRW, finanziert.Awards
