Die Planung ist bereits bis einschliesslich Leistungsphase 3 (Entwurfsplanung) fertiggestellt. Massgeblich hinsichtlich Planung und Kostenberechnung ist die Variante 2, "Errichtung der Sozialgebaude aus Beton-Fertigteilelementen, Sozialgebaude mit PV-Anlage und Ausfuhrung mit Ubungsturm". Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Leistungsphasen 4 bis 9 der einschlagigen HOAI-Leistungsbilder nebst Zusatzleistungen.Ziel ist die Errichtung eines funktionalen Gebaudes, das die besonderen baulichen Anforderungen an Feuerwehrgeratehauser gemass DIN 14092 "Feuerwehrhauser" erfullt. Ziel ist weiterhin eine flachensparende und optimierte Grundrissgestaltung, die dem Einsatzgeschehen der Feuerwehr mit mindestens vier Einsatzwagen, 40 Einsatzkraften im aktiven Dienst und 20 Mitgliedern in der Jugendfeuerwehr Rechnung tragt.Awards
