Der Neubau umfasst zugleich einen angrenzenden Verwaltungsbau sowie eine Kalthalle. Der Verwaltungsbau soll uber Buros fur die Kreisbrandinspektion und eine Kreiseinsatzzentrale verfugen, welche nur teilweise (und im Bedarfsfall) mit Personal besetzt werden sollen. Die Katastrophenschutzhalle soll der schnelleren und koordinierten Reaktion von Rettungskraften bei uberregionalen Notsituationen dienen. Der Neubau soll auf einem im Eigentum des Landkreises Dachau stehenden Grundstuck in Hebertshausen entstehen. Die zu realisierende Brutto-Grundflache (BGF) betragt ca. 2 400 m2 (davon 750 m2 Verwaltungsbau, 1 250 m2 Halle und 400 m2 Kalthalle), der Brutto-Rauminhalt ca. 15 000 m3 (davon 3 000 m3 Verwaltungsbau, 10 000 m3 Halle und 2 000 m3 Kalthalle).Awards
