Die gegenstandliche Rahmenvereinbarung erfasst die vorbereitenden und begleitenden (Planungs-)Leistungen betreffend Massnahmen der Bestandserhaltung, der Unterhaltung, der Instandsetzung, des Um-, Aus- und Neubaus, der Abrissplanungen, des Brandschutzes sowie wasserrechtlich bedingte Bau- und Sanierungsmassnahmen. Zudem sind Beratungsleistungen gem. Anlage 1 HOAI (Umweltvertraglichkeitsstudie, Bauphysik, Geotechnik, Ingenieurvermessung) und die Mitwirkung in baufachlichen Fragen sowie die Unterstutzung bei technischen Problemen/Fragestellungen gegenstandlich. Bauliche Tatigkeiten sind nicht Gegenstand des Verfahrens.Awards
