Dies hatzur Folge, dass die Gebaude jeweils erst abgerissen werden konnen, sobald diese auf dem Areal an andererStelle neu errichtet wurden. Bei der Berufsschule besteht derzeit ein Zusatzbedarf von ca. 1 600 m2.
