In allen 3 Komponenten wird das Projekt digitale Losungen einsetzen, um die jeweiligen Outputziele effektiver und effizienter zu erreichen; daruber hinaus werden innovative IT-basierte Losungen fur das projektinterne wirkungsorientierte Monitoring eingesetzt. Aufgrund der Rahmenbedingungen in den landlichen Gebieten Madagaskars kommt dabei der Mobiltelefonie eine besondere Bedeutung zu. Im Rahmen dieses Auftrags werden die entsprechenden Losungen an die Bedurfnisse der Zielgruppen angepasst und Strategien zur nachhaltigen Nutzung der Ansatze uber die Projektlaufzeit hinaus entwickelt.Awards
