Ajanlattevo munkaja soran koteles figyelembe venni Szombathely Megyei Jogu Varos telepulesszerkezeti tervenek megalapozo vizsgalatat, illetve az NYDOP-3.1.1-F/13 szamu ,,Fenntarthato varosfejlesztesi programok elokeszitese" cimu palyazati felhivast, annak mellekleteit, a Tamogatoi okirat tartalmat, valamint a Kozremukodo Szervezet projekttel kapcsolatos eloirasait, kozlemenyeit (a felsorolt dokumentumokat Ajanlakero a szerzodeskotest koveto 8 napon belul ajanlattevo rendelkezesere bocsajtja) es a kozbeszerzesi eljaras eredmenyekeppen megkotott szerzodes felteteleit. Ajanlattevo koteles egyuttmukodni a partnersegi tevekenyseget vegzo szervezettel, illetve az NYDOP-3.1.1.-F/13 szamu projektben projektmenedzsmenti tevekenyseget vegzo szakertokkel. A telepulesfejlesztesi koncepciot es az integralt telepulesfejlesztesi strategiat a 314/2012 (XI. 8.) kormanyrendelet 2. melleklete szerinti tartalommal kell elkesziteni.
