Kuldetesunk, hogy egyre tobb magyar allampolgarban kortol, iskolai vegzettsegtol, lakohelytol fuggetlenul tudatositsuk, hogy szemelyes felelossege van a klimavaltozassal szembeni fellepesben, es mind egyenileg, mind a helyi kozossegekben tehet azert, hogy bolygonk kornyezeti veszhelyzetet elharitsuk.A jelen szerzodes alapjan az ajanlatkero a Godolloi Termeszet- es Kornyezetvedelmi Fesztival, valamint a kereteben megrendezesre Nemzetkozi Termeszetfilm es Kornyezetvedelmi Filmszemle, valamint Karpat-medence Termeszeti Ertekei Filmszemle teljeskoru lebonyolitasara iranyulo beszerzesi igenyt kivan megvalositani, ahol teljes koru rendezvenyszervezesi, es az ahhoz kapcsolodo tervezesi, mediaugynoksegi es egyeb feladatokat kivanja megrendelni az alabbiak szerint, ide ertve a nevezesekre kerulo kozel 1800-2000 film zsurizese, a vetitesre kerulo maximum 100 film forditasa, feliratozasa.A Fesztival es Filmszemlek idopontja: 2023. majus 19-21.A Fesztival es a Filmszemlek evek ota megrendezesre kerulo rendezvenyek, igy tobb feladat vonatkozasaban az ajanlatkeronek hosszu tavu szerzodott partnerei vannak, akikkel a nyertes ajanlatevonek maradektalanul egyutt kell mukodnie. A nyertes ajanlattevo feladata a rendezvenyhez kapcsolodo tervezesi, mediaugynoksegi es egyeb feladatok ellatasa, PR feladatok teljes koru ellatasa, honlap es social media feluletek uzemeltetese, tartalomszolgaltatas. A rendezveny varhato latogatoszama meghaladja a 30 000 ezer fot.A nyertes ajanlattevo feladatkorebe tartozik minden olyan, a fentiekben kulon nem nevesitett tevekenyseg, amely szukseges a Fesztival sikeres lebonyolitasahoz.
