Dokumentumok feltolteserol az Ajanlatkero altal biztositott on-line feluletre. Ajanlattevo feladata a Megrendelo altal biztositott on-line elektronikus feluleten keresztul minden muszaki informacio feltoltese az alabbiak szerint: * A kivitelezes soran az epitesi naplo feltoltese elektronikusan, pdf formatumban minden heten pentek 24:00 oraig * A kivitelezes soran hetente kooperacios jelentes keszitese fotodokumentacioval, ezen dokumentumok feltoltese az on-line feluleten minden heten pentek 24:00 oraig * Valamennyi olyan jegyzokonyv feltoltese, mely az epitesi munkat befolyasolja (pl: hatosagi ellenorzesek jegyzokonyvei, meresi jegyzokonyvek, egyeztetesi jegyzokonyvek) Ezen dokumentumokat a kiallitasukat koveto munkanapon 24:00 oraig kell a rendszerben rogziteni. Ezen informacios rendszerhez valo hozzaferes zartkoru, csak a projektben resztvevo tagok szamara all rendelkezesre. (Megrendelo, Menedzsment, adott projektelem Vallalkozoja, Muszaki ellenorok) Az adatfeltoltesi feladatok vonatkozasaban a fenti hataridok kotberterhes hataridok, azok be nem tartasa eseten Ajanlattevot jelen Ajanlatteteli felhivas 7.) pontja szerinti kesedelmi kotber fizetesi kotelezettseg terheli. Az ajanlatnak tartalmaznia kell: - A szukseges szakfelugyeleti dijakat - Falkutatas es annak dokumentalasanak dijat - A kivitelezeshez szukseges tervezoi muvezetes dijat. A tervezoi muvezetes eseten a kivitelezes teljes idotartama alatt 2 hetente egy alkalommal szukseges szamolni. Ajanlattevonek szamolnia kell a teljesites soran egy alkalommal szakagi muvezetes dijaval.
