Osszesen mintegy 1100 darab lakoepuletben (min. 75 m2 hasznos alapterulet) es 47 darab vegyes rendeltetesu (min. 1500 m2 hasznos alapteruletu oktatasi,- egeszsegugyi vagy kereskedelmi) epuletben, valamint Budapest Fovaros VI. kerulet Terezvaros kozteruletein (min. 1300 m2) kell a szukseges es felmerulo epitesi, helyreallitasi es altalanos javitasi munkakat elvegezni (tobbek kozott teherhordo szerkezetek csereje vagy megerositese, homlokzatok felujitasa es/vagy hoszigetelese, nyilaszarok csereje, tetofelujitasi es epuletgepeszeti felujitas/csere/korszerusites, stb.). A munkalatokkal erintett epuletek kb. 80 %-a muemlek epulet vagy muemleki jelentosegu teruleten fekszik. A munkavegzes soran sokszor fordulhat elo egy idoben tobb (5-10) kulonallo helyszinen torteno munkavegzes, igy Budapesten, Dunabogdanyban, Balatonmariafurdon es Siofokon. Mennyiseg: netto 1.150.000.000 Ft keretosszeg + 6% opcios keret. A reszletes muszaki leirast a kozbeszerzesi dokumentumok reszet kepezo muszaki leiras tartalmazza, melyek kulon dokumentumkent kerulnek felcsatolasra az EKR feluletere.Awards
