A keretmegallapodasbol valo lehivas a Kbt. 105. SS (1) bekezdes a) pontja alapjan, kozvetlen megrendeles utjan tortenik. A BT-36 mezo: Ezen pont a hirdetmeny feladasa miatt kerult kitoltesre. A keretmegallapodas annak mindket Fel altali alairasaval, amennyiben az alairas nem egyszerre tortenik, az utolsokent alairo Fel alairasanak napjan lep hatalyba, es 36 honapig terjedo hatarozott idotartamra szol vagy a keretosszeg (netto 450.000.000, - Ft) kimeruleseig.
