Ajanlatkero rogziti, hogy a jelen felhivas feladasanak idopontjaban a kovetkezo tipusu metro jarmuveket uzemelteti: MillFav/MFAV (Ganz csuklos metrokocsi); 81-717.2K, 81-714.2K (METROVAGONMASH); Alstom METROPOLIS AM5-M2, Alstom METROPOLIS AM4-M4. Ajanlatkero a DBR megvalositasa soran a Kbt. 107. SS (2) bekezdese alapjan a rendszerben megvalositando konkret kozbeszerzesekre vonatkozo pontos muszaki leirast es szerzodeses felteteket a DBR-ben reszt vevo gazdasagi szereplo szamara, az ajanlatteteli felhivas megkuldesevel egyidejuleg bocsatja rendelkezesre. Tervezett mennyiseg a teljes 48 honapra vonatkozoan: ajanlatkero uzemeltetes soran felmerulo, konkret igenye alapjan, tervezetten legfeljebb osszesen 4.500 mennyisegi egyseg (db), de legfeljebb osszesen netto 2 500 millio Ft ertekben. Ajanlatkero a Kbt. 107. SS (2) bekezdese alapjan fenntartja annak a lehetoseget, hogy a DBR megvalositasa soran, az ajanlatteteli felhivas megkuldesevel egyidejuleg, az abban foglalt konkret beszerzesi igenyre vonatkozoan - a konkret kozbeszerzesek targyatol es jellegetol fuggoen - reszajanlat-teteli lehetoseget hatarozzon meg az ajanlatteteli felhivasban.
