A Rippl-Ronai teri 20 db iroda + 20 raktarhelyiseg teljes felszerelesenek (iroasztalok, szekek, szekrenyek, polcok, egyeb berendezesi targyak), a kutatoterem berendezeseinek (kutatotermi asztalok, szekek, polcok, 3 szamitogepes munkaallomas) az ugyfelfogado berendezesenek (asztalok, szekek, polcok) illetve az epuletben talalhato egyeb berendezesi targyak (pl.: konyhafelszereles, keretezett kepek, festmenyek) atkoltoztetese. Az intezmeny pancelszekrenyeinek es fem terkeptaroloinak atszallitasa. Ezen tulmenoen a 21 munkaallomashoz tartozo szamitastechnikai eszkozok, fenymasolok, mikrofilmolvasok, egyeb muszaki berendezesek atszallitasa es rendeltetesi helyre telepitese II. munkaszakasz.: kb. 400 db dexion salgo polc, valamint hozza tartozo kb. 200 db dexion allvany atszallitasa a berakodasi cimrol a celallomasra. A polcok es allvanyok szetszerelt, szallitasra elokeszitett allapotban vannak a berakodasi cimen. Az atszallitott polcrendszer szallitasi cimen torteno osszeszerelese. III. munkaszakasz: A MNL Somogy Megyei Leveltara 4.200 iratfolyometernyi A4-es meretu irattari doboz, 800 iratfolyometernyi A3-as meretu irattari doboz, 500 iratfolyometernyi konyv, illetve 200 iratfolyometernyi egyeb irat szallitasra torteno elokeszitese, a szallitas allomanyvedelmi szempontok figyelembe vetelevel torteno koltoztetese Kaposvaron belul, valamint a celallomason a polcokon valo elhelyezese. Ezen kivul 4200 iratfolyometernyi csavaros, polcos allvanyrendszer, kb. 250 iratfolyometernyi konyv elhelyezesere szolgalo szekreny, egyeb irattarolo butor elkoltoztetese, a berakodasi helyen szetszerelese, majd a szallitasi cimen osszeszerelese.
