Valamennyi resz vonatkozasaban: A vetelar (szerzodeses ar) tartalmazza a szerzodesszeru teljesiteshez szukseges valamennyi koltseget es ellenerteket, barmilyen jogatadas ellenerteket, ezert Ajanlattevo mas jogcimen tovabbi ellenertek felszamitasara nem jogosult, tovabbi koltsegek megteriteset semmilyen jogcimen nem igenyelheti. Csak uj termek ajanlhato meg, hasznalt eszkoz, anyag es fogyoeszkoz, alkatresz, utangyartott, felujitott mas ezzel egyenertekuen eloallitott termek nem szerepelhet az ajanlatban. Az ilyen megajanlast tartalmazo ajanlatot ajanlatkero ervenytelennek nyilvanitja. Az ajanlatban a megajanlott eszkozt/termeket konkretan nevesiteni kell (pl. leiras, tipus, megnevezes, szam, gyarto, szarmazas stb. konkret elnevezessel, jelolessel). Minden tovabbi vizsgalat nelkul ervenytelen az ajanlat, amennyiben Ajanlatkero szamara a megajanlott termekek nem azonosithatok be egyertelmuen. Ha relevans, az egyedi keszitesu termekek eseten - ahol ez az eloiras nem ertelmezheto - kerjuk feltuntetni az eszkozlistaban, hogy "egyedi keszites". Ajanlattevo koteles ajanlataban csatolni a kozbeszerzesi dokumentumok reszet kepezo arazatlan ar- es eszkozlistat (Muszaki artablazat), valamennyi tetelere kiterjedoen bearazva, cegszeruen alairt pdf., valamint a biralat elosegitese erdekeben xls formatumban is. Az ajanlatadassal erintett reszen belul a resz valamennyi tetelere ajanlatot kell adni. Ervenytelen annak az ajanlattevonek az ajanlata, aki a resz valamennyi tetelere nem tesz ajanlatot. A felhivasban, valamint a kozbeszerzesi dokumentumokban szereplo meghatarozott gyartmanyra, eredetre, tipusra torteno hivatkozas csak a kozbeszerzes targyanak egyertelmu es kozertheto meghatarozasa erdekeben tortent.
