Tervezett vizes berendezesi targyak: 3 db mosdo keverocsapteleppel, 4 db WC oblitotartallyal, 2 db piszoar, 1 db fali kionto. Villamossag: A foldszinten a meglevo kiallito terben meglevo por- es paramentes ipari jellegu lampatestek a hozza tartozo halozattal egyutt elbontasra kerul.
