A nagymeretu, parkositott teruleten egy minden korosztaly (3- eves kortol a felnott udulo vendegek reszere is) reszere szolgalo jatszoter is kialakitasra kerul. II. resz tekinteteben: A csardaepuleti beruhazas rovid leirasa: Az un. csardaepulet kivitelezese reszben elkeszult, csak a befejezese tortenik meg ebben az utemben. A kiviteli tervek a 2016 szeptembereben keszult epitesi engedelyezesi terv alapjan keszultek. A csardaepulet jelenlegi allapota: elkeszultek a bontasi munkak, kiveve egy boltives falszakasz es egy nyilasbontas, valamint egy db regi femablakot kell kibontani. A meglevo padloburkolatok az aljzatbetonig visszabontandok. A feladat az epulet felujitasanak befejezese. A csarda netto alapterulete: 435 m2, a csarda kulso hoszigetelese: 510 m2.Awards
