Med henblik pa at forsyne disses sygehusapoteker (SA) med laegemidler samt enkeltes videresalg til Faeroerne og Gronland og sikre afhentning af plasma indsamlet i de danske blodcentre, onsker Amgros at indga aftale for de i afsnit II.2.4 angivne laegemidler og afhentning af plasma. Aftalen er en kombineret vare- og tjenesteydelseskontrakt. Aftalen er ikke eksklusiv for sa vidt angar SA'ernes indkob af laegemidlerne, men aftalen er eksklusiv for sa vidt angar afhentning af plasma med undtagelse af de begraensninger, der kan palaegges blodcentrene i henhold til dansk lov, se naermere i den udbudte aftale afsnit 1 og 9. Amgros videresaelger laegemidlerne til SA'erne til Amgros' indkobspris med et tillaeg. SA'erne er ikke forpligtet til at anvende Amgros' aftale til laegemiddelindkob. Aftalen indeholder en sikring af forsyningssikkerheden af laegemidlerne i tilfaelde af mangel pa ravarer (plasma) til laegemiddelfremstilling, jf. aftalens pkt. 12.2.8.Awards
