This work is being led by DPER's National Investment Office. The process document and the review templates are attached to this RFT. The Phase 1 Report of the Review of the National Development Plan 2018-2027 is also linked for further background and context.1 The type of skills required to conduct the Reviews include expertise in: major project delivery, stakeholder management, risk assessment and management, major project development, commercial leadership, appraisal of major projects, and project management.
