Duties will include: -- manning the security building on the park, -- monitoring CCTV cmeras, -- control and mangement of access to park, -- off site control and emergency contact numbers, -- emergency call out co-ordination, -- opening and locking up building, -- assisting management team in event of emergency. Situation (eg fire drills, evacuations etc). -- incident reporting, -- routine Park patrols/inspections, -- mobile security services on a draw-down basis for off site meetigs where necessary, -- reportying on patrols, access control, accident / incidents.
