In particular the tenderer commits to provide: (a) software related support and excluding hardware repairs; supplier transfers all hardware related calls to third parties who could be either the providers of warranty or others such as in house repair teams; (b) both software related support and hardware repairs. A clarification meeting will be held on 14th January at 10:00 hours (CET), at MITA, Gattard House, National Road, Blata l-Bajda to answer any questions on the tender document which are raised during the same meeting.Awards
