These services comprise also the quality control testing and assurance aspects of the Works. Testing Services will also be carried out by the Malta National Laboratory (the Testing Facility) which is nominated by the Contracting Authority. By undertaking to render these supervision services in favour of the Contracting Authority, the successful Tenderer will have the overall responsibility of the Works in the designation of the 'Supervisor'. These services are described in Sec. 4.1 -- Terms of Reference.Awards
