Het kan daarbij gaan om onderzoek in het kader van communicatiecampagnes, maar bijvoorbeeld ook om communicatiestrategieen, communicatie bij dienstverlening en gedragsvraagstukken binnen het communicatiedomein. De huidige Raamovereenkomsten voor kwalitatief communicatieonderzoek lopen tot en met 31 december 2024. Omdat er nog altijd gebruik wordt gemaakt van kwalitatief communicatieonderzoek, is het gezien de opdrachtwaarde nodig om per 1 januari 2025 voor deze dienstverlening nieuwe opdrachten operationeel te hebben, en deze tijdig Europees aan te besteden.
