Het budgetbeheer houdt onder andere in dat de SVB de Budgethouder ondersteunt bij zijn of haar werkgeverstaken, in dit geval de werkgeverstaken in geval er sprake is van een zieke werknemer (de Zorgverlener). Ook in de Zorgverzekeringswet (ZVW) heeft de SVB de wettelijke taak Budgethouders te ondersteunen bij hun werkgeverstaken. Omdat de SVB de Budgethouder ondersteunt bij zijn of haar werkgeverstaken, dient de SVB ook de Budgethouder te ondersteunen bij de re-integratie van de zieke Zorgverlener. De SVB ondersteunt de Budgethouder en faciliteert een Arbodienstverlening, maar de werkgeversverplichtingen rusten op de Budgethouder als werkgever.Awards
