Gedurende de revitalisatie zal tevens de nog aanwezige asbest in bouwdeel 1959 worden gesaneerd. Daarnaast is er sprake van herhuisvesting van Bibliotheek Oost Achterhoek, locatie Groenlo door integratie van de bibliotheek in het schoolgebouw van KSGM. In de huidige, bestaande vorm kent het gebouw een totaaloppervlak van ca. 10 400 m2 BVO. Dit is in de nieuwe situatie teruggebracht naar ca. 10 250 m2 BVO. Een gedeelte van het gebouw zal worden gesloopt, een gedeelte van het gebouw zal worden uitgebreid en het overige deel van het gebouw betreft een functionele aanpassing ten behoeve van de onderwijsvisie. De revitalisering omvat vervolgens de interne en externe ,,wederopbouw" van het gebouw, inclusief nieuwe installaties en infrastructurele werkzaamheden;-- in verband met de omvang van de werkzaamheden en een ,,going concern situatie" van de onderwijsvoorziening met betrekking tot het onderwijs, zal er sprake (moeten) zijn van een gefaseerde uitvoering;-- de werkzaamheden zijn in twee percelen opgesplitst:* perceel 1: bouwkundige werkzaamheden;* perceel 2: installatietechnische werkzaamheden (elektrotechnisch en werktuigbouwkundig).Awards
