In het inpassingplan is de vestiging van een (collectieve) parkeervoorziening/(openbare) vrachtwagenparkeerplaats mogelijk gemaakt voor de gronden met bestemming 'Bedrijventerrein'. Voor de gronden met deze bestemming is in het inpassingsplan tevens mogelijk gemaakt 'een motorbrandstofpunt zonder LPG' te realiseren. De ontwikkeling van een truckparking en tankstation biedt de mogelijkheid voor een koppeling met verschillende andere functies en doelstellingen. GRNR heeft op Kavel H de mogelijkheid gezien om bovenstaande opdrachten inzake een truckparking en een tankstation gerealiseerd te krijgen en wenst nu over te gaan tot verkoop van dit aaneengesloten kavel. Verkoop vindt plaats voor minimaal EU 17.400.000 excl BTWAwards
