Het voorliggend veld, waartoe HbHplus (hulp bij huishouden en lichte vormen van begeleiding) ook wordt gerekend, is essentieel voor het geheel en een zeer belangrijke stap om een integraal stelsel te realiseren. De gemeente vindt het in lijn met deze ambitie noodzakelijk om de huidige Huishoudelijke Hulp maatwerkvoorziening te transformeren naar een nieuwe maatwerkvoorziening waarin Huishoudelijke Hulp en lichte vormen van begeleiding gecombineerd aangeboden worden (HbHplus).Awards
