Bij Kennisnet wordt flexibel gewerkt: werknemers worden in de gelegenheid gesteld tijd- en plaatsonafhankelijk te werken. Dat hoeft dus niet op de locatie Zoetermeer te zijn. Ten behoeve van haar medewerkers heeft Kennisnet 3 verdiepingen ter beschikking. Kennisnet heeft circa 105 flexibele werkplekken waarvan er max. 75 worden bezet per dag. Daarnaast bevinden zich in het pand 10 overlegruimten varierend van klein tot groot.Het bovenstaande beschrijft de situatie zoals die was voor de intelligente lockdown en was dus de normale pre-corona situatie. In de Corona (beperkt open) situatie zijn de reguliere 105 werkplekken teruggebracht naar 36 flexibele werkplekken welke overigens niet iedere dag allemaal bezet zijn. In de oktober situatie is het kantoorpand volledig gesloten vanwege de volledige thuiswerkplicht.Awards
