De Overeenkomst gaat in op 1 April 2023. Gedurende de periode van 1 januari 2023 tot en met 1 april 2023 zal de dienstverlening geimplementeerd worden waarbij in de maand maart 2023 de nummers geporteerd worden van de huidige leverancier (T-Mobile) naar de leverancier die onderhavige opdracht gegund krijgt. Op 1 april 2023 dient de implementatie afgerond te zijn. De Overeenkomst heeft een initiele looptijd is 3 jaar tot 1 april 2026. In de Overeenkomst is de mogelijkheid opgenomen om de looptijd van de Overeenkomst, met tussentijdse verlengingen van maximaal 24 maanden, te verlengen tot een totaal van maximaal 9 jaar (inclusief initiele duur). Aansluitend is er een optionele transitie verlenging van 6 maanden, tijdens deze transitie verlenging geldt een opzegtermijn van 1 maand.Awards
