The CTS shall be used in combination with the 12.7 mm Barrett M107A1 and Accuracy Int. AX338 rifles. The scope of delivery consists of the delivery of 108 devices of CTS including accessories, with the right to invoke optional additional delivery of maximum 39 CTS devices including accessories immediately upon signature of the contract and another maximum 75 within 60 months after acceptance of the last goods delivered under the contract, taking into account a minimum order quantity of 3 devices. Furthermore, an Initial Spare Parts Package (ISPP) for three years, Special Tools and Test Equipment (ST&TE), documentation and the provision of training are also included in the scope of delivery. The scope for the performance of maintenance at request to CTS consists of preventive and corrective maintenance (including delivery of new CTS if declared 'total loss'), the delivery of spare parts and components and the provision of training. The duration of afore-mentioned support is set on 10 years after the last device of CTS is delivered, with the option for extension by two years each time.Awards
