De gemeente Amsterdam kiest voor competentiegericht leren. De gemeente streeft naar een versterking van het taalnetwerk, waar de formele en informele aanbieders elkaar weten te vinden om het bereik van de minder zelfredzame doelgroep te verhogen. Er wordt een grotere rol van de taalaanbieder(s) gevraagd om de verbinding met het informele netwerk te verstevigen. Met het taaloffensief wil de gemeente ook voorzien in aanbod dat aansluit bij de mogelijkheden en behoeften van Amsterdammers die we tot nu toe moeilijk bereikten. We kopen hiervoor praktische cursussen in. En cursussen die opleiden tot het niveau geletterd (B1/2F) en eraan bijdragen dat mensen een beroepsopleiding kunnen volgen. Deze aanbesteding betreft ook de regiogemeenten die vanuit de Wet Educatie en Beroepsonderwijs (WEB) onder de regio Groot-Amsterdam vallen.Awards
