Hierbij voert DHF de regie over het realiseren van de DHF-huisvestingsstrategie, waarbij DHF zowel regisseur als opdrachtgever is. De verwachting is dat, als gevolg van deze strategie, het aantal projecten dat uitgevoerd moet worden voeren voor BZ, zal groeien. Hiermee wordt ook het beroep op de markt anders. De ambitie is samen te werken met drie dienstverleners die wereldwijd kunnen ondersteunen met het leveren van adviesdiensten en producten. Op dit moment vraagt DHF vooral expertise en ondersteuning uit bij huisvestigingsprojecten. Het uitvoeren van een transitie waarin alle producten vastgesteld worden, ziet DHF we als een efficientieslag en is onderdeel van de opdracht.Awards
