Onder de gewenste dienstverlening wordt ten minste verstaan het middels een gestandaardiseerde procesgang bestellen, installeren, (op)leveren en uitvoeren van nazorgactiviteiten van de gewenste werkplek hardware. Verder behoort het uitvoeren van een automatische installatieprocedures op locatie van opdrachtnemer en garantieafhandeling tot het takenpakket van de opdrachtnemer. De opdrachtnemer dient optioneel een verlengde fabrieksgarantieperiode (incl. standaard fabrieksgarantie van tenminste 1 jaar) aan te bieden. Optioneel kunnen er tijdens de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst diverse accessoires en onderdelen zoals o.a. keyboards, geheugenkaarten en pc-speakers worden afgenomen.
