Voor het project dient de Opdrachtnemer, voor procesbeheersing, in hoofdzaak de volgende werkzaamheden te verrichten: a. Projectmanagement, invulling geven aan de organisatie en leiding van de werkzaamheden; b. Invulling geven aan kwaliteitsmanagement (inclusief risicomanagement) op een transparante en systematische wijze; c. Afstemming verkeersfasering met aangrenzende projecten; d. Communicatie met de omgeving. Het pakket C houdt in het door middel van een Deelopdracht Ontwerp en een Deelopdracht Uitvoering realiseren van benuttingsmaatregelen op het traject: Project 15 A9 Alkmaar - Uitgeest. De benuttingsmaatregelen omvatten in hoofdzaak het inrichten van vluchtstroken als spitsstroken. De projecten vallen in het beheersgebied van Rijkswaterstaat Dienst Noord-Holland.Awards
