De laboratoria zijn circa 3 000 m2 bvo groot. Tijdens de bouwwerkzaamheden zal de geconditioneerde museumdepottoren (8 900 m2) van Naturalis in gebruik blijven. Hierbij is het van groot belang dat de depottoren gedurende de bouwwerkzaamheden (periodiek) bereikbaar is en dat depottoren absoluut vrij blijft van stof, schade en trillingen. Ook moeten de technische installaties op en in de depottoren en de werking hiervan, gedurende de bouwwerkzaamheden gehandhaafd en geborgd worden. De aanbesteding zal worden opgedeeld in 4 percelen, te weten: 1. oudbouw en labgebouw inclusief geintegreerd energiegebouw (bouwkundig + transport) (hierna te noemen perceel 1); 2. nieuwbouw museum inclusief glaskroon (bouwkundig + transport) (hierna te noemen perceel 2); 3. elektrotechnische installaties/uitvoeringswerkzaamheden voor het gehele project (hierna te noemen perceel 3); 4. werktuigbouwkundige installatie 2/uitvoeringswerkzaamheden voor het gehele project (hierna te noemen perceel 4).Awards
