Op korte termijn worden alle dossiers van de in het verleden. Uitgevoerdeexplosievenonderzoeken via het documentair informatiesysteem EDMS en de GIS-viewer GOBI-portalontsloten. Voor een groot aantal locaties heeft ProRail echter nog geen inzicht in de aanwezige risico's. Daaromdoet ProRail een uitvraag voor het opstellen van een landsdekkende Probleeminventarisatie en - analyse (PiPa)conform BRL-OCE voor alle ProRail eigendommen en beheergebieden. De ProRail eigendommen en beheersgebieden in Nederland zijn door ProRail verdeeld in 9 percelen. Vooreen overzicht van het perceel en de daarbij behorende grenzen en een overzicht van alle percelen wordt uverwezen naar de 2 kaarten die u bij deze selectieleidraad kunt downloaden. Binnen elk perceel dient een PiPa, conform de BRL-OCE, te worden opgesteld voor alle ProRail eigendommenen ProRail beheergebieden. De PiPa wordt op grond van het historisch feitenmateriaal opgesteld. Vastgesteld dient te worden of deaanwezigheid van NGCE waarschijnlijk is. Ook vindt een afbakening van het verdachte gebied plaats, dezeinformatie moet uitmonden in een advies van de opdrachtnemer aan ProRail. Met de Probleemanalyse dient, conform de BRL-OCE, te worden ingestemd door een senior OCE-deskundige. Van gegadigden wordt dan ook verwacht dat zij ten tijde van uitvoering van deze opdracht de beschikkinghebben over een senior OCE-deskundige.Awards
