Momenteel zijn de eerste honderd woningen opgeleverd. En staat de bouw gepland van de eerste fase van de volgende twee bouwvelden. Om het gebied goed te ontsluiten dient de hoofdinfrastructuur binnen Wilderszijde te worden aangelegd. De opdracht van de aanleg van de hoofdinfrastructuur van de gebiedsontwikkeling van Wilderszijde bestaat uit het aanleggen van de gebiedsontsluitingsweg (ca. 2,1 km) en fietsdiagonaal (ca. 1,2 km). Daarnaast dienen vier verkeersbruggen en meerdere fiets-/voetgangersbruggen te worden gerealiseerd. De aanbesteder heeft er voor gekozen om deze werken apart aan te besteden naast de realisatie van de hoofdinfrastructuur. Het werk bestaat uit de volgende hoofdonderdelen: - realiseren voorbelasting van bouwveld GR1/GR5 - aanleggen van de gebiedsontsluitingsweg ca. 2,1 km; - aanleggen van de fietsdiagonaal ca. 1,2 km; - realiseren van vijf gefundeerde duikerbruggen.Awards
