Tevens is van belang dat de toekomstig opdrachtnemer(s) zich verantwoordelijk voelen en met verbetervoorstellen komen ten behoeve van de kwaliteit of het verlagen van kosten door efficientere processen, ontzorging, alternatieve producten enzovoorts. De opdracht bestaat uit drie (3) percelen. Per perceel wordt een (1) opdrachtnemer gecontracteerd. Het is mogelijk dat een opdrachtnemer voor meerdere percelen wordt gecontracteerd.
