Therefore SURFnet invites potential suppliers to participate in this tender procedure. This tender procedure aims at the conclusion of framework agreements for the lease, operation and maintenance of managed dark fiber connections with at least three (3) contractors (no maximum number). Through this tender procedure, SURFnet wishes to conclude framework agreements with all suitable providers in the Dutch dark fiber market. For that reason, the tender procedure is based on exclusion criteria and minimum requirements, and there is no limit to the number of contractors who may be awarded a framework contract. The actual lease, operation and maintenance of managed dark fiber connections will be awarded in mini competitions.Awards
