Deze drie onderdelen van de dienstverlening voert de accountant uit tegen een vaste prijs per jaar. De werkzaamheden die de accountant uitvoert in het kader van de natuurlijke adviesfunctie ten behoeve van de Raad van Toezicht en de Auditcommissie van de Raad van Toezicht, de Raad van Bestuur en de organisatie verdisconteert de accountant in de vaste prijs van deze drie onderdelen. De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een initiele periode van drie (3) jaar met de mogelijkheid de overeenkomst voor nogmaals twee (2) maal een periode van twee (2) jaar te verlengen. De maximale looptijd van deze overeenkomst bedraagt zeven (7) jaar. Het streven is om de overeenkomst in te laten gaan per 1 juni 2022.Awards
