Medewerkers maken voor een groot deel van hun werkzaamheden gebruik van werkplekapparatuur. De betrouwbaarheid van de WPA is daarom van groot belang. Ook de serviceverlening rondom WPA is belangrijk. VDoordat iedere medewerker WPA gebruikt, is het door de omvang een financieel omvangrijke post. Prijsgunstige modellen kunnen hierdoor voor een omvangrijke kostenbesparing zorgen. Om hier sturing aan te geven heeft de RUG gekozen voor een set 'Standards', waar 85% of meer van gebruikersbehoeften kunnen afgedekt. Voor uitzonderingen hierop wordt er een mogelijkheid geboden aan eindgebruikers om 'Specials' aan te schaffen. De aanbesteding Werkplekapparatuur is opgedeeld in twee percelen:Perceel A - Bestellen, leveren en repareren van Werkplekapparatuur bestemd voor Windows / Linux operating systemenPerceel B - Bestellen, leveren en repareren van Werkplekapparatuur bestemd voor macOS/iPadOS operating systemen.Awards
