Zowel een ZZP'er als een (detachering)bureau/organisatie met medewerkers in dienst mogen een Inschrijving indienen om een of meerdere functies te vervullen. Een (detachering)bureau/organisatie mag ook een ZZP'er of medewerker elders in dienst aanbieden. Inschrijver mag maximaal drie kandidaten per perceel aanbieden. De gemiddelde omvang van de opdracht uitgedrukt in FTE is opgenomen bij de percelen en in paragraaf 2.5 van de aanbestedingsleidraad. De genoemde omvang is slechts bedoeld als indicatie. Opdrachtnemer kan hier op geen enkele wijze rechten aan ontlenen. Bij de geraamde waarde in TenderNed is de totale geraamde waarde over alle percelen opgenomen. De geraamde waarde per functie is als volgt berekend: Looptijd (inclusief verlengingen) * vaste uurtarief * gemiddeld aantal FTE. Vervolgens zijn de waardes van alle percelen bij elkaar opgeteld voor de totaal geraamde waarde van de opdracht.Awards
