Specifiek voor het project zijn een korte doorlooptijd tot oplevering en meer dan gemiddeld eisen met betrekking tot veiligheid en beveiliging, ict en audiovisuele middelen. In verband met bestuurlijke onzekerheid over de daadwerkelijke ingebruikneming van het gebouw zal in het contract daarover een ontbindende voorwaarde (met kostenvergoeding) worden opgenomen.Awards
