Dit gebied is bekend onder de naam Eemplein en bestaat straks uit een plein met een aantal functies (wonen, werken, cultuur, uitgaan), waarvan een deel van de functies wordt ontwikkeld door een private ontwikkelaar.Als onderdeel van de ontwikkeling van het Eemplein realiseert Gemeente Amersfoort het CCE, ofwel Cultureel Centrum Eemplein (hierna: CCE). Dit betekent dat er bij de bouw van CCE continue afstemming zal plaatsvinden met de ontwikkelaar en bouwer van de andere objecten die deel uitmaken van Eemplein. Het moment waarop gestart kan worden met de bouw van het CCE, wordt mede bepaald aan de hand van de stand van zaken van de uitvoeringswerkzaamheden van de overige objecten. Met name de afstemming van de te realiseren ondergrondse parkeergarage, die aansluit op het kelderniveau van het CCE, vraagt aandacht.De planning van de werkzaamheden van de overige objecten is nog niet definitief bekend. Naar verwachting zal eind 2009 gestart kunnen worden met de bouw van CCE. De oplevering van het Eemplein (alle objecten, waaronder CCE) staat gepland voor eind 2011.In CCE (totale omvang circa 14.600 m2 brutovloeroppervlak), worden verschillende functies/gebruikers gehuisvest te weten:-- Popkelder,-- Scholen in de Kunst (SidK),-- Centrale Bibliotheek Eemland,-- Regionaal archief.De aanbesteding betreft de nieuwbouw van CCE, bestaande uit bouwkundige, installatietechnische (Elektrotechnisch en Werktuigbouwkundig) en transporttechnische onderdelen.Het project wordt aanbesteed in een werk en bestaat uit twee onderdelen:-- onderdeel 1: bouwkundige werken, inclusief lift,-- onderdeel 2: elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige installaties.Awards
