De Gemeente fungeert als regisseur en bepaalt welk aanbod het meest geschikt is voor specifieke Kandidaten. De scope van deze opdracht bestaat uit Voorzieningen voor Maatschappelijk fit. Deze termen sluiten aan op de definities vanuit EVA zoals is vastgesteld in het beleidsplan van SZW. Maatschappelijk fit richt zich op het activeren van Kandidaten om stappen te zetten naar meer sociale participatie, perspectief en bestaanszekerheid.
