De gemeente Utrecht is voornemens om aan een inschrijver de opdracht te gunnen. De opdracht wordt gegund aan de inschrijver met de laagste prijs. Loting. Indien meer dan acht aanmeldingen voldoen, zal een loting worden gehouden om te bepalen welke acht partijen worden uitgenodigd voor de inschrijvingsfase.De loting zal worden uitgevoerd door een notaris. Deze loting is niet openbaar. Van de loting zal procesverbaal van loting worden opgemaakt door de notaris. Het procesverbaal van loting wordt op aanvraag beschikbaar gesteld, na de voorlopige gunning van de opdracht. Bekendmaking resultaat van de loting. De gelote ondernemingen zullen worden uitgenodigd tot het doen van een inschrijving. De inschrijvingsstukken (offerteaanvraag) zullen pas worden verzonden na het verstrijken van de bezwaartermijn (zie hierna). Verificatie van de aanmeldingsvereisten (indien nodig) van de uitgenodigde aanmelders zal plaatsvinden voor de toezending van de offerteaanvraag. Blijkt tijdens deze verificatie dat in de aanmelding onjuiste informatie is verstrekt, dan zal de betreffende aanmeldende partij alsnog afvallen. De volgende partij op het procesverbaal van loting zal dan worden toegevoegd aan de geselecteerde partijen die worden uitgenodigd een inschrijving te doen.Awards
