Deze inkoop bestaat uit 2 percelen. Perceel 1 gaat het over activatieteams voor evenementen en evenementachtige locaties in de openbare ruimte + overige. Deze activatieteams worden tijdens evenementen ingezet om (zwerf)afval te voorkomen. Dit wordt gedaan door middel van het aanspreken van het publiek op een positieve manier. Maar ook door zichtbaar te reinigen; (zwerf)afval te prikken, bezoekers te faciliteren door middel van het uitdelen van vuilniszakken en het ledigen van evenementenbakken. Dit gebeurt niet op alle evenementen, maar bij evenementen waarbij de gemeente een rol speelt en in de openbare ruimte plaatsvinden en openbaar toegankelijk zijn. Het overige deel bestaat uit activatiteams, die voor een korte periode ingezet worden bij tijdelijke opdrachten, die niets te maken hebben met afval en schoon en geen deel uitmaken van een communicatiecampagne. Perceel 2 gaat over het inzetten van activatieteams in buurten om bijvoorbeeld informatie te geven over het scheiden van afal en het uitdelen van hulpmiddelen hiervoor aan bewoners en ondernemers. De activatieteams bezoeken bewoners en/of ondernemers aan de deur of staan op een centrale plek in de buurt. Deze activatieteams worden projectmatig ingezet of in een bepaalde buurt, straat en/of gebied (stadsdeel).Awards
