Daartoe heeft de gemeente een subsidieregeling voor Buurtteams opgesteld. Met de subsidieregeling wil de gemeente komen tot het per stadsdeel subsidieren van een buurtteamorganisatie.Aanvullend op de dienstverlening van deze buurteams wil de gemeente diensten inkopen voor Aanvullende individuele ondersteuning (voorheen Ambulante ondersteuning), Dagbesteding, Hulp bij het huishouden, Logeeropvang en Ondersteuning en Opvang van slachtoffers bij Huiselijk Geweld.Awards
