De hier bedoelde IV-specialisten kunnen per persoon voor maximaal 2 jaar ingehuurd worden voor- en gedurende de looptijd van projecten en/of bij behoefte aan tijdelijke capaciteit. Hiertoe worden inhuuraanvragen (minicompetities) gedaan. Dit wordt nader uitgewerkt in de gunningsfase.De benaming IV (in plaats van ICT) specialisten is gekozen omdat dit aansluit bij de huidige organisatiestructuur van de deelnemers (zie ook paragraaf 1.2 Begrippenlijst).Afbakening: deze aanbesteding betreft alleen het aangaan van een raamovereenkomst voor de inhuur van IV-specialisten.Van deze EU aanbesteding maakt geen deel uit:-- resultaatverplichting (fixed-price);-- niet IV functieprofielen;-- strategische ICT advies;-- inhuur t.b.v. dataproductieproces (inwinnen, verwerken, valideren e/o presenteren) van het droge en natte areaal van RWS.De beoogde looptijd van de raamovereenkomst is 1 jaar met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging met maximaal 3 keer 1 jaar.De beoogde ingangsdatum is 15.2.2015.Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om 5 ondernemers te contracteren die goede kandidaten (IV specialist) kunnen aanbieden tegen een marktconform uurtarief.Het gaat hierbij uitdrukkelijk om het contracteren van ondernemers, die als kernactiviteit hebben het werven, (pre)selecteren en beschikbaar stellen van IV-specialisten.De aanbestedende dienst streeft naar een volledige marktontsluiting zodanig dat het mogelijk wordt om ook de zelfstandige zonder personeel (ZZP-er) ter beschikking te stellen aan de opdrachtgever.Awards
